Rail Pass
Purchasing/Exchanging a Pass
Passes cannot be picked up with exchange orders or purchased at Kansai Airport. The ALL SHIKOKU Rail Pass can only be picked up or purchased at Ticket Reservation Offices at JR Takamatsu, JR Matsuyama, JR Tokushima, and JR Kōchi Stations; at JR Kotohira Station; at JR Shikoku Tour branch (JR Shikoku Travel Service Center) located in Takamatsu, Matsuyama, Tokushima, or Kochi station, at the JR Shikoku Tour Umeda branch.; and at Nippon Travel Agency TiS Okayama branch. (Exchange only)
You can pick up or purchase a Pass at Ticket Reservation Offices at JR Takamatsu, JR Matsuyama, JR Tokushima, and JR Kōchi Stations.
Hours of operation: Takamatsu Station, 4:20 am to 10:00 pm (outside of Warp Takamatsu hours); Matsuyama Station, 4:50 am to 9:00 pm; Tokushima Station, 6:30 am to 8:00 pm; and Kōchi Station, 4:30 am to 11:00 pm.
These locations are open year-round. Passes can be picked up or purchased at the Ticket Reservation Office at Takamatsu Station only when the JR Shikoku Tour Takamatsu branch (JR Shikoku Travel Service Center) is closed.
You may not pick up or purchase a Pass on behalf of others. Each individual purchasing a pass must come to the counter in person and bring his or her passport as proof of identity.
Yes, you can.
These passes are for foreign tourists in Japan on short-stay visas. They are not available for purchase by holders of Japanese passports.
Validity
There is no extra charge for use of non-reserved seating on limited express trains.

The ALL SHIKOKU Rail Pass is for use on consecutive days. You cannot use a three-day Pass on April 1 and 2, and then again on April 4.
The ALL SHIKOKU Rail Pass coverage area extends as far as Kojima Station in Okayama Prefecture. There is a separate charge for travel from Kojima Station to Okayama Station. If you use Marine Liner rapid service, you will need to pay 510 yen. Alternatively, Shiokaze, Nanpū, or Uzushio limited express service costs 1,270 yen for non-reserved seating. Please purchase your ticket in advance at the station’s Ticket Reservation Office or JR Shikoku Tour branch (JR Shikoku Travel Service Center).
Travel to an exchange location is at your own expense. You will not be reimbursed.
Pass Benefits
You can still get a discount on the ferry between Tokushima Port and Wakayama Port after your ALL SHIKOKU Rail Pass has expired (for up to 14 days from the validity date on your ticket).
The discount does not apply to Nangoku Express bus service between Matsuyama and Kōchi after your ALL SHIKOKU Rail Pass has expired.
